If you remember when John Locke and Boone found (Eko's Brother) Yemi's airplane, Boone climbed up and communicated to someone and Boone was telling the guy that they are survivors of 0ceanic815 before the Yemi's plane fell from the cliff. How could he communicate if Ben was jamming all commnication of the island, and if Boone was talking to rescue was it the guy on the freighter that Naomi was sent from?

Boone talked with Bernard. Apparently, communications ON the island itself are not jammed. Let;s not forget that all the Others have walkie-talkies.
